  1. Journey through time and across the world, physically and through astral projection, with Sonja and Ed, AKA Star Shine and Star Eyes. When Ed (Fuzz, Star Eyes) passed unexpectedly in May of 2020 Sonja picked up where they had left off in writing together a guidebook of sorts for others who followed their insights, bringing understanding and clarity to those who shared their gifts; using notes left behind by Ed, Sonja tells the stories of their lives individually, how they met, were separated, and eventually came back together in their later years only to find that they had followed similar paths as their energies remained connected over the miles and years.

The first half of the book is written like a memoir, where we learn about Sonja and Ed as children, their upbringing, how they met, when they first started to realize their individual gifts, and the paths their lives took along the way. I like how Sonja makes it known what words are directly Ed’s, and which are hers alone, with the book overall being the shared views of both together.

In the next section we are given a guide, in the form of questions and answers, on how to tap into our own gifts and potential, using crystals, cards, touch and massage, meditation, intuition, auras, nature and more.

While there were some things I found to be a bit farfetched, there are many things that I took away from this book, along with a number of reassurances that I am doing at least some things right, and many things that you just can’t help but see if you just open your eyes and mind, take a deep breath and refocus.

Thank you so much to my friend, author Sonja Christiansen, for the copy of her latest book in exchange for an honest review.

    • Thank you so much! I so appreciate your honest review! I’m thinking that the reason you found some things far fetched, is because you may never have experienced them before. I was shocked when I had these experience as well. I had no real clue what people could do during mediation. I had heard many stories of people have these experiences, Like Yogi’s laying on nails etc. But until I experienced some of these things myself, I had no clue they were real and that we can all reach into our inside or our energy body. We all have the ability to do so much and bring new understandings to how we are all connected. Thank you again. Sonja

  2. Thank you, Franchesca! Beautiful words! I so appreciate it!
